Eugene has been leading projects in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics for more than a decade. With expertise in applying AI to finance, operations, and strategic management, he has collaborated with global corporations and governmental institutions to design solutions that are both innovative and deployable. Research Scientist
University of Toronto, Canada
Completed two research appointments at the University of Toronto. At the Rotman School of Management (2020–2021), he worked on operations management in collaboration with Ontario Health, focusing on optimizing healthcare delivery under pandemic constraints. He then joined the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering (2021–2022) in partnership with Huawei Canada, where his research centered on cloud computing, stochastic modeling, and capacity allocation for large-scale service systems.
